The new Faraon...

I say it, a second hybrid model comming soon! And you see right! It will be between the FR200 and FR300 (maybe FR250h)!

For the ECT version, I think of a 2.0d diesel 4 cylindre with 177ch (FR177 ECT) from BMW! But I think it is important that Seba and Hp agree first to all the other engines!

I really like the FR300h (4PL) + 8 Gear ZF Automatik box for Hybrid systems and I hope SEBA soon will prepare the new drawing to post in the website so we will have now the second 4PL car!
The FR500 could be a good choice for a possible Ravage version of course with the 6 Gear Multitronic/Tiptronic Automatik box!
For the basis version the FR200 + 7 Gear DSG Automatik box could be the right choice and the FR300 fits perfectly the intermediate version
And in the end the FR400 4WD + 6 Gear Multitronic/Tiptronic Automatik box for the high version just before the Ravage
As always Jeremy you did the right choices!
Now I wait your proposition for the diesel engines

This engine is very powerful, but really heavy!!!! So the Faraon will more be a GranTurismo than a really sport car! a little like the Bentley Continental Flying Spur!

5.0 V10 Bi-Turbo (from Audi RS6) with 600ch
Couple de 690Nm à 1500tr/min
0-100km/h: 4.1s Vmax: 300km/h
Poids: 2060kg
Consommations: 20l (city) 10l (road) 14l (mixt)

I think that's the best choice!

5.5 V8 Kompressor (from Mercedes SLR) with 626ch
Couple de 780Nm à 3250tr/min
0-100km/h: 4s Vmax: 320km/h
Poids: 2068kg
Consommations: 21l (city) 11l (road) 14.5l (mixt)

That's even a good choice!

Well about the Ravage.. probably the FR500 (by the way what does it mean FR? Faraon? ) has not that incredible power that deserves a Ravage version so let's go with the Mercedes Engine!

good propositions But the Faraon Ravage I° had 670cv... so, maybe a good engine for the Faraon Ravage II° could be a 680/690cv engine...

So I present the second hybrid model on Faraon basis!
I call it FR 250h (because it's between the FR 200 and FR 300h)
Concept, because it's not official!

So it is based on the new Mercedes S 400 BlueHybrid Concept!

The system is more simple than in the King Valley Hybrid!!

The main engine is a 3.5 V6 from Mercedes!
3.5 V6 272ch (200kw)
350Nm à 2400tr/min
Consommations: 11l (mixt)

and it's combinated to a small electric engine with 20ch! and lithium-ion batteries!

So the total power of this engine is 299ch!! and 500Nm torque!!
The consommation is 7.9l mixt!!! good for a so powerful engine!!

But this engine, I say, it's more simple!!
The electric motor is here more a generator!!! It's impossible to drive in full electric!
The electric engine is here a good solution to have more power and lower consommations!
On the high way, the V6 engine don't work a lot!!! the electric engine gives the necessary power to drive fast!
(Sur l'autoroue le moteur à essence travaille peu, ou seulement à bas régime donc en dessous de 3000tr/min, et le moteur electrique donne la puissance necessaire pour compenser, et continuer à rouler vite!)
It's very simple, the electric engine gives additional power!

In the city, the electric motor is a start and stop engine!! And when you brake, you recharge the batterie!!!
Clean power!!!

The electric engine is integrated to the 7gear automatik box!!
You see the electric engine, is small and the batterie also!!
That's the hybrid for everybody, and cheap to build!!

Really a nice choice as always Jeremy!

A small electric engine is something that is really needed if we want to make hybrid cars competitive!
And on "big" cars the good idea is to have an electric engine which gives just more power (20hp are really what you need in the motorway in case in certain situation and you have this extra power for free ) and allow a start/stop system and recovery power during breaking in an urban enviroment
Love this kind of motor!
